Something About the Video

I used to have some to-do list in my high school, because I set some goals that I have to achieve myself. In fact, they are not the ones full of imagination as the woman received. They are rahter some must-to-do lists than wish-to-do lists. They might be my obligations or responsabilities;I am just forced to do that as other Chinese students facing CET have done.
Maybe I should have a to-do list now, only for myself, listing everything I am willing to do.

Factors affecting the genius

The genius could be distinguished into variable groups, such as math genius, literary genius, or music genius. I would concentrate on the music ones.

The musicians, like Mozart, Beethoven, attain impressive capacities to hold many pieces of melodies. For instance, Beethoven could hold five, six, even seven melodies at once. In addition, they could compose elaborate music without playing or hearing. For these ones, they are really gifted ones.
On the other hand, they would not do well in their fields if they spared any endeavor. For example, Beethoven spent his almost all his life on music. Even though he became deaf at the end of his life. He never discarded the music, but insisted on what he devoted to. Without this persistence, he would not succeed.

A Child Prodigy

Lang Lang, born in June 14, 1982, is a gifted child. He is a natural pianist who is from Shengyang in Liaoning, China. When he was two years old, a popular cartoon—Tom and Jerry became his first touch with the western music, which caused a drive to learn piano. One year later, he began to learn piano with Professor Zhu YA-Fen. At the age of five, he won the Shenyang Piano Competition. Furthermore, he started his first public ceremony to show his skills.
However, his talent in piano, to some extent, became his setback in his journey of success. At the age of nine, because of the different opinions in music, his tutor kicked him out of the lessons, which indicated his dismay and hopeless feelings about his future. Fortunately, his music at the state school noticed his sadness, and she gave him much comfort as well as encouragement. This brought him new love and hope again. After a while, with Professor Zhao Ping-Guo, Lang Lang won the first prize in Xing Hai Cup Competition in Beijing; he was only 11 years old. Two years later, he won another competition in Japan. In addition, he began to study with Gray Graffman later.
So far, Lang has performed with many distinguished pianists around the world. His talent has also been shown to the celebrated critics who called it the most exciting young keyboard one. And all of these achievements stem from a ordinary cartoon—Tom and Jerry--the one you must have seen before too.

I google "learning English".As a result, I find this one--BBC Learning English,whose wibsite is http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/
As we know, BBC is from UK. So much information is provided, of course, that you can know today's world as you absorb knowledge of English. In addition, you may find out that there are parts focusing on many different aspects, such as litsening, vocabulary, and grammar as well.
Furthermore, it has many versions in kinds of languages....
Just my opinion, if you do not like it, ignore me......

My First Posting

It is really odd to write this in English.

As if I have even lost my rights to keep a blog in Chinese.(wish Sheila would not see it......)

However, it is really a good way to improve writing skills. Better than Developing book, at least.

Put everything in English.....Even though wanting to do whatever I want, I feel I am limited.......
